With over 40 years in corporate leadership, a Masterʼs in Business Administration from Montreat College, and a certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt, I bring extensive expertise in Human Resources within the financial sector. I am a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), certified life coach, and have seven years of adjunct professor experience. In addition, I am actively involved in several Charlotte-based nonprofit organizations, contributing as a board member and committee leader, which reflects my commitment to community leadership.
